I am very pleased with the product. The convenience of the individually wrapped pieces is unbeatable and the taste makes Viactiv a great alternative to the traditional calcium supplements. 0 of 0 found this review helpful: Easy to take calcium, 2007-12-23 We cannot take most standard calcium "pills"--they are usually too big and get stuck in the throat even when taken with yogurt or banana. These "candies" are easy to take. We actually need to remember that they are not candy. Not enough that they have to list the product as having transfats (less than .5g) but there nonetheless. My family used the product for years until they changed to a formula that uses transfats. We were excited about the extra vitamin D but felt betrayed that a company would add transfats to a nutritional product. We haven't bought any for six months now. We will never buy any again. Oh, and we did eat two of them before we discovered the ingredient change. The new formula does not taste as good as the old one did.
